Smart Legal’s migration project was an ambitious undertaking, involving the transfer of critical data encompassing their accounts, case notes, emails, client information, and an array of documents.
All data needed to be transferred with little downtime so that their team could begin using the Hoowla system without interruption.
Smart Legal use Hoowla’s case management system to run all of their conveyancing cases, from generating the welcome pack, to editing and sending letters, documents, submitting Land Registry and carrying out post completion.
