We have added a host of graphs and statistics to allow you to monitor your firm’s performance and ensure your meeting business targets. Track open and closed cases, average completion times, staff workloads and more
Easily Assign Referred Cases
We found that Estate Agents referring clients to your practice through Hoowla often sent the invite to your firms generic email address. You can now easily pick up all these cases and assign them to the appropriate fee earner
Transfer Of Equity Workflow
We continue our improvement of our default data by adding a default transfer of equity workflow.
Online Forms For Clients
Create any customisable form you like for clients to fill in online. For client questionnaires to fixtures and fittings. Save on printing costs and data entry time. This new feature make it easier for clients to get details back to you.
Highlight Overdue Tasks
You can now add estimated durations to tasks in your workflow and Hoowla will let you know if they are running overdue. Easily add a delay to the case if a holdup is out of your control
Signup Reminders For Clients
Clients are busy people and can sometimes miss your first invite email. Hoowla now remind’s them that they have been invited to a case.
