Case Digest Report
Keeping in touch with clients is so important so we created the case digest report which automatically emails recent activity highlighting case progress to everyone involved in the case.
Record Key Dates
Organising the ideal exchange date between all parties takes time. To help we have added key dates so you can record any dates and deadlines you’re working towards and share them.
Help Managing Workloads
It’s demanding managing your caseload and requires you to be organised. Hoowla will highlight in red any cases that haven’t been updated in over a week helping to ensure you stay on track.
Add Private Notes
You have asked if you can add private notes to a case and we’ve listened. You can now record private notes giving you more control over information and updates everyone involved receives.
Improve Client Communication
Your clients can now easily request an updated on their case in Hoowla. You will be notified via email and a note will be added to the case allowing you to quickly respond and manage their expectations.
New Look Case List
We’ve made a number of improvements to your case list to help you manage and prioritise your work. Quickly sort cases by last activity, how far they’ve progressed and much more.
