The Law Society are dedicated to engaging with conveyancing professionals in England and Wales over the coming months to discuss issues related to the new edition of the TA6 form.
If you are a solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or another conveyancing professional using either the TA6 form (5th edition, 2024) or the TA6 form (4th edition, second revision, 2020), they want to hear from you.
Law Society chief executive Ian Jeffery stated: “We want to understand users’ experiences and views of the TA6 form and its role in the broader conveyancing landscape, and to identify potential improvements to the form.”
They will collaborate with 2CV Ltd, an independent research agency, to conduct objective research representing the views and needs of our diverse conveyancing membership.
2CV Ltd will independently conduct direct member engagement exercises, a survey, and feedback analysis.
