Background

Established in 2001, Oakwood Solicitors, previously known as Michael Lewin Solicitors, has steadily grown from a local solicitors specialising in personal injury claims to a full service law firm in North Leeds.

Oakwood Solicitors offer a variety of legal services, specialising in personal injury, industrial disease, employment law, stress related claims, accidents at work, residential property, wills and probate and debt recovery.

Challenge

Prior to using Hoowla Oakwood Solicitors did not have a quoting system in place.

The conveyancing department were looking to run their network of introducers efficiently, allowing them to raise quotes for clients on their behalf.

Solution

Hoowla’s Conveyancing Quote Calculator enables a quote to be raised on behalf of the solicitors by the estate agents they work with.

The introducers can generate a quote through a password protected area using their smartphone, tablet or computer, reducing the need for them to call or email Oakwood Solicitors for a quote.

At the touch of the button Oakwood Solicitors can see which estate agents convert the best with regards to quotes raised and instructed so they can continue to build good working relationships.

This is the first quote system we have ever used and we are very impressed.
We decided to use Hoowla as we could add estate agents to the system to do their own quotes for clients to speed up the process.

Results

Using Hoowla’s conveyancing calculator Oakwood Solicitors are able to work closely with their introducers to provide client quotes.
Each introducer has a secure login to enable them to instantly quote a client and refer them to Oakwood Solicitors, enabling the speed of process to be increased.

If required the quote can easily be amended prior to sending to the client, and the status of the quote can be quickly viewed and updated.

Clients are able to accept a quote from within the quote email they receive from Oakwood Solicitors or by logging in to Hoowla.
